The Whitfield Foundation has announced the date for the 2026 Soiree fundraiser that benefits Whitfield Regional Hospital’s efforts to provide healthcare in the rural Black Belt.
The Soiree that features the NY NY Dueling Pianos will be held on Jan. 24 at 6 p.m. at the Demopolis Civic Center with black tie optional.
Last year’s Soiree raised $22,000 that was used to pay for a new MRI machine at Whitfield Regional Hospital.
“We are excited for the return of the Soiree, the Foundation’s largest fundraiser,” said Ashley Coplin, Director of the Whitfield Foundation. “We have added unique details that will enhance your dining and musical experience. Our Foundation Board and Events Committee are working hard to provide an experience that you will not forget and for a worthy cause.”
The event also includes a cork drawing. Tickets for the event are $125 for a single and $225 for a couple. To purchase a ticket online, go here. More information is also available at Whitfield Regional Hospital’s Facebook and Instagram pages.
“The Whitfield Foundation supports Whitfield Regional Hospital’s efforts in providing access to needed services for the region,” the Foundation said in a statement. “The Whitfield Foundation is dedicated to improving healthcare services for the residents of the Blackbelt. Our goal is to provide modern technology, facility enhancements, capital improvement, and patient resources for the hospital.”
