The Winn-Dixie stores in Montgomery will become Piggly Wiggly locations as the Winn-Dixie chain continues to pull its locations from Alabama. 

A new Aldi location will open in Selma Thursday at 1952 West Dallas Avenue. 

Winn-Dixie in Selma will be closing in March to be converted into an Aldi store.

Aldi will open several new locations throughout Alabama, including in Tuscaloosa County near the Black Belt region.
