Burton junior quarterback Kayden Patterson is one of 15 finalists for this year’s Dave Campbell’s Texas Football Class 2A Quarterback of the Year award.

Bryant is the second former Hurricane to transfer to Mizzou, as he'll join former teammate Donta Simpson in Columbia. The Tigers had holes to fill at defensive end this winter.

Coming off a stretch of three losses in four games, Mizzou is looking to get its season back on track against Oklahoma on Saturday at Mizzou Arena.
